Report an act of corruption

Reports are accepted anonymously — you do not have to identify yourself. The text and any attachments are stored encrypted; only the centre's compliance officer can read them.

Report form

Describe the place, the time and who was involved. The more specific the account, the faster the review.

Characters entered: 0. At least 20 required.

Optional. Leave a phone number or an e-mail address if you are willing to be contacted. Without them the report stays anonymous.

Up to 5 files, 20 MB each: documents, screenshots, photographs.

Attachments go to private storage and open only through a link with a limited lifetime. Every access to them is recorded in the audit log.
